While there are ways you can easily interact with the board, you are gonna mainly be pinging either creatures, planeswalkers, or (obviously) players.

Important cards to keep in mind while playing

Sacrificers: Viscera Seer, Carrion Feeder, Bloodthrone Vampire, Goblin Bombardment, Ayara, First of Locthwain, Blasting Station, Phyrexian Altar, and Yawgmoth, Thran Physician.

Re-curing Creatures: Gravecrawler, Gutterbones, Sanitarium Skeleton, Reassembling Skeleton, Lesser Masticore, Endless Cockroaches, Squee, the Immortal, Squee, Goblin Nabob, and Murderous Redcap.

Damage dealers: Impact Tremors, Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Bontu's Monument, Judith, the Scourge Diva, Vindictive Vampire, and Syr Konrad, the Grim

Death Rewards: Gate to the Afterlife, Midnight Reaper, Pawn of Ulamog, Pitiless Plunderer, and Open the Graves

Combos

There are many Combos that can be pulled off in this deck but the Infinite Combos revolve around a few cards. Here are a few combos i have found to work:

• Reassembling Skeleton+Embalmer's Tools+Phyrexian Altar+Any Damage-on-Death card

Sacrifice Skeleton to Altar for --> Damage goes off--> Use to return Skeleton to battlefield (Embalming tools makes his ability less)--> REPEAT

• Gravecrawler+Phyrexian Altar+Any creature that is a Zombie+Any Damage-on-Death card

Sacrifice Crawler to Altar for --> Damage goes off--> Use to return Crawler to battlefield(as long as you control another zombie)--> REPEAT

• Reassembling Skeleton+Pawn of UlamogORPitiless PlundererOROpen the Graves+Phyrexian Altar+Any Damage-on-Death card

Sacrifice Skeleton to Altar for --> Damage goes off, Pawn OR Plunderer OR Graves goes off--> Sacrifice the Spawn/Treasure/Zombie to gain --> Use to return Skeleton to battlefield--> REPEAT

There are many more but these are the main 3 Infinite combos that you should know about
