This is essentially the Neyith of the Dire Hunt deck list from the folks over at Casually Competitive, with a few tweaks for budget restrictions in terms of the mana base and the inclusion of Ulrich of the Krallenhorde   because I love me some good wolf boi.

The ways to win are the following;

  1. Some combination of Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker / Splinter Twin and Hyrax Tower Scout / Zealous Conscripts: This doesn't really need explanation, a staple win condition in multiple formats for years at this point, a combination of the stated cards creates either infinite Hyrax Tower Scouts or Zealous Conscripts to swing at the board and kill everyone.

  2. Splinter Twin and an none summoning sick Goblin Sharpshooter: Whilst the combo parts are the two cards listed, it does also require you or an opponent to have a creature with 1 toughness such as a Llanowar Elves, what you do is cast Twin attaching it to the Sharpshooter, next you tap the Sharpshooter and create a hastey copy which you also tap to deal 1 damage to the 1 toughness creature killing it, this untaps your Sharpshooters allowing you to tap the original to create a second copy of Sharpshooter, you then tap your second Sharpshooter to deal 1 damage to your third Sharpshooter and in response tapping that third copy to deal 1 damage to any opponent, repeat that last couple of steps any number of times needed to kill everyone else at the table and win.

  3. Regular ol' combat damage: The beauty of Neyith of the Dire Hunt is her second ability allows you to double the power of target creature until end of turn, this can create a change for some combat damage wins if the board is clear enough, but with cards like Primal Might, Inferno Titan and Finale of Devastation in the deck this does make for a promising win con, even if it's not the regular decks aim.
