Theorycrafting Jhoira in a budget artifact storm shell. Trying to keep the price under $150. Hopefully the price doesn't inflate stupidly high.

The gameplan is:

1) Cast Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain.

2) Have an artifact cost reducer out, then spam artifacts.

3) Return all the artifacts back into your hand. Hopefully with Paradoxical Outcomes, then replay all of them. Get a huge storm count.

4) Space Laser for a billion, Mind's Desire into Grapeshot. Whatever you want. Just deal that damage!
