Jhoira Stax/Storm on a budget

Jhoira is a very unique commander, being one of only 2 izzet artifact theme commanders, and the better of the two of you ask most players.

She provides you with the needed draw power in r/u artifacts and can provide it easily from the command zone, which eliminates the need to fill your deck with a bunch of draw spells and gives you more room to play with a bunch of cheap and powerful artifacts and control spells.

This deck aims to play a control/Stax game early on to pull out a midgame combo win using one of its several win conditions

Your main win condition is going for the storm win with Aetherflux Reservoir, however having access to Paradox Engine and Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter gives us a couple more options. I run Fireball instead of the many other available X spells because it was easier to find in my playgroup. Sue me.

Graveyard hate like Silent Gravestone and Tormod’s Crypt help to deal with Nooze combo decks and other graveyard based combos.

Land hate like Blood Moon, Magus of the Moon, Winter Orb, and Back to Basics help keep Hermit Druid decks in check by making their lands unusable.
