I'm slowly sculpting Jhoira to be my "cEDH" option, even if it never gets there. The main win condition is using Sensei's Divining Top alongside a Future Sight effect and cost reducer to draw the entire deck, winning off an empty deck with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Thassa's Oracle . Fallback win condition is Reckless Fireweaver and heaps of free artifacts.
