Crusher is looking kind of mediocre here. Its just quite easy to kill and doesn't have the same sort of effect as the other eldrazi.
You actually have the blue honden, Seeing Winds, not the red one correct?

Wow this deck is absolutely awesome. This is by far one of the coolest decks I have ever seen!

Alright, since you want to make this really strong, I'm assuming you want this for 1v1 primarily. I'll literally just list everything that is slightly sub-optimal.
Clone , Riptide Shapeshifter , Sphinx of Magosi , Swerve , Dismal Failure , Cackling Counterpart , Sol Ring , Hateflayer , Prophetic Bolt , Hellkite Charger , Honden of Seeing Winds
Try, in addition to Decree and Obliterate: Memory Jar , Kederekt Leviathan , Time Stretch Beacon of Tomorrows , Detritivore , Aeon Chronicler , Forbid , Blatant Thievery (if you want 2 play multiplayer), Hinder , Spell Crumple ,Jokulhaups , Insurrection
This is all really on the unfun end of the spectrum, so hopefully that's alright.
Also, for 1v1 this deck means that we have to play with tuck effects. Fully powered Jhoria is one of the biggest reasons why those need to exist.

Thanks, those were some good suggestions that helped

I would cut Clone , Mana-Charged Dragon , Recurring Insight , and Aftershock . They are all fairly decent cards, but they still strike me as being at a lower tier than everything else you have.
Everything up there that I suggested that you didn't put in would be good replacements, except maybe Detritivore.

Took me about 2 minutes of wondering why the heck I was holding eldrazis in my opening hand. Then I brought in Jhoira and stuck her on some lightning greaves. Good god man, nice thinking.

Hahaha thanks lol, once the greaves come out Sh*t goes down. I've found this deck to be phenomenal and really consistent.

what do you do when your general gets tucked away? just asking I have built 8 EDH decks in total and the ones that work the best but are the hardest to make competetive are the ones that rely heavyily on the general. my mate runs Kresh the Bloodbraided and the 1st time he run it it was scary but i killed him off in a big multiplayer. since then tho he is easy to pick apart because you just nuke the general and the deck falls over. would this happen with this too? that is my only concern for you mate :-) I love jhoira probs my favourite creature ever tbh but she is super vulnerable as a general and it is not easy to rely on equipments for her to be untargetable and if you cast her turn 3 you obv can't counter a tuck either

Well my friends and I dont play multiplayer much, were more into single player, and she has been tucked before but in general I am able to suspend before she is tucked, usually I wait for my opponent to be tappout, or wait until I can counter a tuck before casting her, and one safe cast is all I need.

We play plenty of Multiplayer, we just don't play with that deck :)

Hex Parasite mabye to eat the suspend counters? Not sure if its a legal target or not but it might be pretty funny to eat the counters off turn 4 and play out a big nasty with haste.

JoosetheMuice says... #14
Unfortunately Hex Parasite is not legal because of its black phyrexian symbol. Also, even if it was suspended cards do not count as permanents. Thanks for the comment though, I wish there were more ways to remove counters lol

Yea wasnt sure if they counted and to be honest I forgot about that mana symbol cause I always pay 2 life

Have you ever tried running Timesifter with all those high costing creatures running around? A guy in my play group runs it in a mono red deck and he seems to be the only one taking turns unless someone gets lucky and he reveals a land.
Grayowl

I know this may seem like overkill, but, how about Training Grounds ?

grayowl-Timesifter could be pretty funny, but it still has the potential to backfire badly. I may playtest it though since I have a lot of High CMC cards and had actually never heard of it before you mentioned it.
Sniperops- I have playtested Training Grounds and found that if its not in my opening hand, its a pretty dead card.
jpvraptor-Worldfire is a card ive been excited about for awhile, but I am waiting until after the September review before I buy it, since it may end up being banned in commander. Thanks guys for your advice and comments

Since you were talking about it earlier, I think your weakest links, as far as creatures go are Hellkite Charger , Akroma, Angel of Fury , Clone , Deep-Sea Kraken and Pathrazer of Ulamog
I'm also not a huge fan of Reins of Power : it's a bit too cute, and Spin into Myth which is way too mana inefficient.
Then try: Fire Diamond , Sky Diamond , Coldsteel Heart , Ponder , Preordain , Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur
This is all for 1v1 over multiplayer, btw

JoosetheMuice says... #23
Yea Fire Diamond and Sky Diamond are on my list as are Ponder and jingitaxious I didn't know about Coldsteel Heart but I like it and Preordain im also thinking of adding Careful Consideration and card:Jace's Ingenuity what do you think?
January 14, 2013 10:51 p.m.
patrickd117 says... #24
I don't love either of them too much. Careful Consideration is a bit better than Ingenuity which costs a bit too much for its effect. Consideration is good but not great in Mimeo, but that also has the benefit of reanimation. I'd say it's a toss up on Consideration but a no on Jace's Ingenuity.

I need some card draw though, want would you recommend besides Ponder and Preordain , Brainstorm ?
patrickd117 says... #1
Chandra Ablaze doesnt really fit here. Rain of Salt is either really good if your playing against Jason, or mediocre against anything else. Frozen Aether doesn't really do enough. Don't use the one for one counterspells without any additional benefit. Use Dismiss and that sort of thing. Try: Djinn Illuminatus , Armillary Sphere , Mindwrack Liege , Nucklavee , Fissure , Prophetic Bolt , Swerve , card:Alexi's Cloak Disaster Radius
