Very low budget, decently high power lvl This deck is all about reducing artifact costs, playing them cheaply, drawing a card off of Jhoira, and then playing as many as possible. PLaying a lot of artifacts swams with tokens off of Locust God and Mirroden Besieged. Card Draw deals damage with Psychosis crawler and Niv Mizzet.

Bounce all artifacts to your hand and shuffle you graveyard back into your library then do it all again.

Once this deck gets going it easially plays and therefore days 15-20 cards a turn, and once you can do that, you win.

Alot of the cards as based on what I have in order to keep the price as low as possible
