I liked the idea of Jhoira, and there are quite a few cards that can mess with time counters and such, so I made a bit of a fun deck with it! It still needs a lot of work, though, so suggestions would be lovely!

Some weaknesses I've noticed in this deck are that if Jhoira gets killed off between turn 3 and 4, it shuts my early game down, because on turn 4 I can potentially have an infinite combo qued up otherwise. The other weakness is that I can't do much about cards that are already on the field. This is my first ever counter deck, and cards like Reality Strobe and Unsummon seem very helpful.
