This is a budget Jhoira deck with a few solid win cons. With Jhoira out Junk Diver + Myr Retriever + Spawning Pit is infinite card draw, and if you play Laboratory Maniac that's a win, or if Reckless Fireweaver is out you can probably win with that. Paradoxical Outcome is an insane amount of draw by itself, and then doubles down when you replay all those artifacts, which can play into Aetherflux Reservoir very well. There's plenty of cheap artifacts that could be free to help cycle to those key combos much faster, and it's extremely easy to tune a Jhoira deck to even higher heights if you take off the budget restriction and get better mana rocks, better cheap artifacts, and a few stronger spells. Hurkyll's Recall comes to mind, beyond some of the obvious pickets.
