I had the idea for the Stoke and Ascendancy combo for a while, and then I found 4 stoke and 3 ascendancy. aggro burn deck that has 8 spells that deal 4 damage to player.

so the plan is to apply pressure through board presence:

Goblin Rabblemaster: nuffsaid Seeker of the Way and Monastery Swiftspear: not too big but quick to play and with the healthy portion of non-creature spells in this deck makes them formidable.

Mantis Rider: Murikan beat stik. nuff said.

Jeskai Charm: bounce a creature when necessary, a 4 point punch to the face, or all the lifegain with my commanding board presence.

Stoke the Flames and Jeskai Ascendancy and Soulfire Grand Master: turn 3 play SFGM, turn four convoke with creatures for stoke and untap with ascendancy, buff creatures with ascendancy, gain four life, buy back Stoke, convoke again for stoke and hit for 4, buffing my creatures a second time, total of 8 damage and 8 lifegain so far, and then swing. BOOM.

My sideboard is very control based due to the amount of mirror matches I anticipate.

Faced 2 mono red decks, one blue white heroic deck, and mardu weenies.I won the first time against mono red and lost the rest of the night. The reason was I couldnt draw white mana, or if I had white mana I could draw red mana. It never did this before. I never had a problem with mana. Could you guys see what I should do to adapt my land base for?
