All the cards of the deck except Geist of Saint Traft can be played as instants so that's called "Flash", Thanks to the unban of Jace, the Mind Sculptor, we can exploit the ETB effect increasing the power of Snapcaster Mage, Spell Queller and Vendilion Clique, this strategy can be played thanks Cryptic Command, Vapor Snag or Restoration Angel.
Modern Legal: Modern is an Eternal Format
Wincon:
Geist of Saint Traft is the main wincon, thanks Hexproof and angel
Rattlechains, Spell Queller, Vendilion Clique are flyers too, that helps to clock
Burn spells help clock and control
Gameplay:
Turn 1: tapland or Opt or Path to Exile or Lightning Bolt
Turn 2: control or flash a Rattlechains
Turn 3: Snapcaster Mage + 1 mana spell
Turn 4: Geist of Saint Traft or Spell Queller or Vendilion Clique (Keep a mana up for a Counter)
Turn 5+: Jace, the Mind Sculptor or Cryptic Command Press and finish him!!
Keep the Board Clean, Flash your creatures, Remove threats and strike.
