This is a Human tribal deck that uses Icon of Ancestry to buff virtually all of your creatures. Outlaws' Merriment and Hero of Precinct One create human tokens and thus your board can rapidly grow and benefit from the human tribal buff.

Harmonious Archon provides a power spike that simultaneously debuffs your opponents. Because all of your creatures have base stats of below 3/3, this will buff your board and then apply your anthems (e.g. with an Icon, each of the Outlaw tokens will be a 4/4); conversely, all of your opponents' creatures will be set to 3/3 and, unless they have an anthem, will have very unfavorable trades and will die to your Deafening Clarion , which won't kill your minions.

Dance of the Manse and Brought Back let your recover your Icons and Outlaw's Merriments in order to keep pressure on the board.
