Recommended cards to look in the first hand: As Foretold, Authority of the Consuls, Thalia, Heretic Cathar and Thing in the Ice  . Also Baral, Chief of Compliance is good for early start.

Early phase:

At this point best choice is to remove opponents cards with Shock. Casting Kari Zev, Skyship Raider for fast damage and threat. Thalia, Heretic Cathar for early control on battlefield.

Mid phase:

Here comes removal like Blessed Alliance, when you can allow creature attacks and gain extra life. If you sure that opponent don't have exile, you may cast Gisela, the Broken Blade, if she dies, Bruna, the Fading Light will return her on the battlefield at some point.

Late phase:

The phase when this deck must shine. It's time for Skywhaler's Shot (at the end of opponent turn), Scatter to the Winds and ect. If some creature slips between them, Kari Zev's Expertise must do the work. Add some Gearhulks and Brisela to the picture, all must be fine then.

Possible Combos:

• Baral, Chief of Compliance + As Foretold - Good way to cast cheap spell cheaper.
• Kari Zev's Expertise + Shock - Remove possible blocker.
• Kari Zev's Expertise + Blessed Alliance - Although Blessed Alliance is best for defence, in case of emergency need of life or untap additional attackers is not so bad.
• Bruna, the Fading Light + dead Gisela, the Broken Blade / Thalia, Heretic Cathar / Kari Zev, Skyship Raider / Baral, Chief of Compliance - A way to return them back to the battlefield.
• Aether Hub + Glimmer of Genius - Recharging energy.
• Disallow + Kari Zev's Expertise - Let's say that opponent casts Combustible Gearhulk (or similar creature), let it enter the battlefield, then counter the trigger ability "enters the battlefield". On your turn, hijack it. You got the idea ;)

Sideboard

Depend on situation. Some of them are for battlefield clearing if happen to face swarm deck. And others is good against artifact decks.
