I've been trying to come up with a good build for Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest for a while now. I'm not totally satisfied with this, but it might be a fun casual deck, at least.

I had wanted to make the deck monk tribal, but kept scrapping my ideas until I thought of switching to humans. The idea is to cast anthems while also getting prowess/prowess-like triggers. This way you pump your team permanently as well, since prowess isn't really the best mechanic for EDH, unless your deck is full of cantrips and fast mana, in which case it should probably just be a combo deck instead.

In general though, I think Jeskai just needs more choices for possible generals. The ones it has are good, but I think Jeskai has more to offer.
