Goblins, goblins, and more goblins!
This deck puts down massive amounts of dudes, and uses them to buff creatures and sacrifice. Here's a rundown of the game plan:

CREATURES/PLANESWALKERS

Foundry Street Denizen - nice synergy with Rabblemaster, and can easily buff with the red tokens
Frenzied Goblin - reliable one-drop to stop blocks and let in damage from bigger creatures
Akroan Hoplite - very reliable attacker that has great synergy with tokens
Tymaret, the Murder King - can blow up tokens for more damage, and be used by Butcher just to be regenerated
Goblin Rabblemaster - creates a solid token base and can swing big with his attackers
Butcher of the Horde - rounds out nicely with the mana curve, and can eat up goblins for sacrifice
Purphoros, God of the Forge - will deal two damage each turn with Rabblemaster, and just makes all tokens hurt
Sorin, Solemn Visitor - can make up for pain lands, make more tokens, or kill of opposing creatures

INSTANTS/SORCERIES/ENCHANTMENTS

Lightning Strike - to burn out creatures in the early game, or blast players in the late
Crackling Doom - a two-for-one, dealing player damage and getting rid of a big creature
Mardu Ascendancy - the more attackers, the more dudes, making low-drops even more important
Stoke the Flames - convoke gives more options with tokens, and can be a nice game ender

Key Combos
Butcher of the Horde + Goblin Rabblemaster - can give Butcher a new effect every turn
Goblin Rabblemaster + Purphoros, God of the Forge - two damage every turn
Foundry Street Denizen + any token generator - buffs 4 dayz
Akroan Hoplite + any token generator - more buffs 4 dayz
