I think the new "second draw" cards are pretty good, especially in a Jeskai shell like this! We can get so much value from Improbable Alliance and Irencrag Pyromancer while doing what we already want to do anyway: drawing. Most of the draw in this deck is instant speed, so we can try to get bonus triggers on our opponent's turns. I think two cards that will make this archetype good are Spectral Sailor and Teferi, Time Raveler both of which synergize nicely with our game plan of drawing while also pushing us in more of a tempo direction. Niv-Mizzet, Parun serves as a good top end that will benefit off all our draws and generate more draw on our opponent's turn for extra triggers! Because we're leaving up mana a lot of the time, counterspells likes Ionize are nice. I mainly picked that ones because it has a lighter blue requirement than most hard counters and it also deals damage for the tempo gameplay.

One extremely cheeky version of this archetype could even be fliers with Empyrean Eagle . Note how the tokens we spawn from Improbable Alliance are fliers as well as other good cards in the deck like Spectral Sailor and Elite Guardmage . There's also the new Loch Dragon which might see play in this archetype.

Finally, I think there's some serious consideration for Shimmer Dragon if the artifact package lines up. We already run one enchantment in Improbable Alliance so the new artifact / enchantment synergies could come in clutch. Mainly Shimmer Dragon is good because he guarantees draws and can even do so on our opponent's turn.
