I was going to say that this deck is pretty straightforward, but storm decks are hardly straightforward, so I'll be blunt: Resolve an Ad Nauseam and win. That's really all there is to it. Dig for the Ad, tutor for it, use your acceleration and rituals to cast it (preferably at the end of the opponent-to-your-right's turn), load up a grip of 20 or so cards, then work out the solution to the age old Commander puzzle: How do I kill all of my opponents as quickly as possible in the span of a single turn?

Candelabra is infinitely more abusable, but with Crypt, Lotus, Vault and Sol Ring up Spasm can provide a temporary burst of mana.
