In a nutshell you have a planeswalker in your command zone that is your Oathbreaker. it works just like commander where you can keep casting it if its removed but it has an extra 2 mana tax each time you cast it. Then you have a signature spell that is an instant or sorcery card in the color identity of your "Oathbreaker" that you can only cast if your Oathbreaker is on the battlefield. that spell always returns to the command zone and has the 2 mana tax each time you use it as well.

the format is designed for multiplayer with 20 life. It is a highlander format so you are only allowed a single copy of any given card unless its a basic land or a card that specifically allows multiple like Rat Colony .

we have a short banned list that includes sol ring, mana crypt, and Primal Surge as well as we are adopting the commander banned list as well.

the deck size is 60 cards with the Oathbreaker and the Signature spell included.
