My take on this awesome Golgari CMDR, i try to stay as close to the originally intended ways this deck goes. I made a few exceptions here and there to try and fit in some of my favourite cards, though the goal was to stay on a pretty low budget.

The main strategy:

You want to fill your greveyard as soon as possible, to nuke everyone with Jarad. Things like Boneyard Wurm , Mortivore etc. profit from a full graveyard and are a threat on their own if your general is not available for some reason.

How to achieve sweet rotten victory

You Mainly want to play your creatures that get stronger when there is a lot of dead stuff around, then nuke players with Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord 's ability. ", Sacrifice a creature: each opponent loses life equal to the sacrificed creature's power" is a real bummer if there is a Doomgape or something around. In later gamestates a Praetor's Counsel can really save your arse, eventhough it trows you back.

Weaknesses

Graveyard hate, im still searching for ways to protect the graveyard.

NOTE: the Phyrexian Devourer is not in the mainboard to for my playgroup is not okay with it.
