Originally built as a shenanigans deck, this has quickly turned into one of my more competitive decks. Loaded to the brim with counters and big creatures that can be put on the field for cheap, this deck can be used in competitive or casual games depending on your opponents. Suggestions are welcome.

Strengths:--If the cards are in your favor, you may successfully pay 3 mana to turn a 1/1 weenie into a Blightsteel Colossus or other scary heavy hitter that people aren't going to want to deal with--Counters for days--The regular infinite combo every blue player knows--Able to maintain a low profile in multiplayer games

Weaknesses:--Early game has a lot of vulnerability to it, only a few low cost creatures are in to help avoid whammying or whiffing on Jalira's ability--Once your big creatures come out you will become the threat, and your low profile strength as stated above will dissolve
