I finally have decided the mono blue commander I wanted to build around, and after a bit of testing, this deck holds it's own.

This is a less counterspell version to what I have seen, but is also really self explanatory on how the deck itself works.

This is more of a clone effect/abuse Jalira's ability as much as possible.

The deck can act proactive as well as reactive, so it doesn't feel like there is a massive skill-cap to be able to play well.

This deck could get more degenerate, but I don't really want to take all the turns.

This deck does however, revolve around stealing other players stuff and sacrificing them to Jalira. It becomes a very one sided effect that you can utilize and abuse to quite a lot.

I was toying with some shenanigans involving Windreader Sphinx, Nephalia Moondrakes and Stormtide Leviathan but it feels like it won't work too well.

As always any help would be great and I will read and look into them all :)

P.S - I would like to quickly add the only reason Skywise Teachings is in the deck is because I can't find my Thopter Spy Network
