Jace needs to get cards into his graveyard. Can you help him?

My plan is to run an enormous scry/ponder-style package with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries as the Oathbreaker and Tunnel Vision as the signature spell. Then you can cycle through your deck very efficiently looking for answers to whatever your opponents are doing. Meanwhile you are stacking the bottom of your deck getting ready to cast Tunnel Vision and use Jace's +1.

Yes, its a combo deck... but, it lives within the spirit of the Oathbreaker format and doesn't win before turn 6. In theory it could but you would need the God Hand to do so.
