So, I managed to get my hand on Jace, Vryn's Prodigy   and decided I wanted to build a fun blue deck to play, so I ended up building a deck that pretty much just draws cards. There are some cards that can be considered "win cons" like Rise from the Tides and Talrand, Sky Summoner but the deck just basically draws cards. I really enjoy the deck, so I decided to post it.
