The idea evolved from having splashed some blue in my goblin deck, which almost beat this Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind legacy counter deck my shipmate runs. I was also running a different Izzet deck, using lots of 1 drop spells to pump up Nivix Cyclops then make him unblockable then swing. Fling ing Nivix Cyclops after swinging would make it even better but anyway, the deck.

I'm combining the ideas of Nivix Cyclops, having an army of goblins, and blue utility and counter spells. Fluxcharger is in, to get a flying blocker. Suggestions?

I'm deployed, so it is kind of a giant pain in the ass to order cards, they take 2 months to get out to the ship. If I need other cards, I can try to trade with my shipmates. Also I don't have shocklands.
