This deck aims to abuse Disrupting Shoal and Day's Undoing to protect its threats and out tempo the opponent. Disrupting Shoal helps protect a Delver of Secrets   or Young Pyromancer in the early game at the expense of card disadvantage. Day's Undoing reloads our hand with spells. Supporting effects, like draw two, discard two from Izzet Charm, help ensure that a post-resolved Day's Undoing actually finds relevant spells. Finally we use Leyline of Anticipation to cast Day's Undoing on the opponent's end step--once Leyline is in play, we can plan to cast most of our spells on our opponent's end step, including Serum Visions and our non-hasted creatures.
