Budget Deck.

Lots of sorceries and instants. All creatures trigger or boost on casting/drawing of instants or sorceries.

Gets out Charmbreaker Devils round 3 as long as they,Goblin Electromancer and Seething Song are in hand. Then you get seething song back from graveyard a few times to put out a bunch of creatures until you dedicde to overload on mizzimum mortars to board wipe or just overload Teleportal. The other option is to simply cast Devil's Play for direct damage.

If you don't get that Seething Song early on, then Guttersnipe helps you whittle down your enemy while you cast Mizzium Mortars and Devil's Play w/flashback on the cheap for creature removal to buy time and Magma Jet to help get to the right cards. Young Pyromancer also helps buy time with blockers that can be very useful if you can save them for the overloaded Teleportal. Delver of Secrets   is great to get some early hits in too.
