Maybeboard

Running the deck is pretty straight forward. Just keep your engines alive and draw into a bomb.

For this deck, I usually cycle between three commanders. Each one has a slightly different play-style for different players/games.

Option 1: Malek

Melek, Izzet Paragon gives you card advantage _and _spell duplication. You can guarantee the top card in your library with cards like Mystic Sanctuary and Brainstorm, as well as scrying for additional value. Having a guaranteed bomb duplicated is an easy way to win the game outright. Malek also pulls little aggro to you since it's a very unassuming commander since you're pretty likely early game to have lands on top of your deck instead of something you want. It also gives your opponents information, so they may want it on the board. The key is that when you get the chance to put something on top of your deck, you can out right win the game. Suggested cards are Bonus Round, Rite of Replication, Mind's Desire and Temporal Fissure. The consistency value this commander brings is a lot more than you'd expect.

Option 2: Niv Mizzet

Niv-Mizzet, Parun is also good for giving you a ton of pinging and card draw, but you do have to have a hand to combo-off with to start. If you are going to run Niv as your commander I suggest removing Volcanic Vision, Telling Time, and Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer for Curiosity, Ophidian Eye and Tandem Lookout. It's up to you and your friend group, but these all combo with Niv-Mizzet,Parun to draw your deck and deal that much damage. This is your best choice if you find you aren't drawing engines or they keep getting destroyed.

Option 3: Brudiclad

Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer is fun for when you want to go super wide with massive monsters and aren't afraid of board wipes. For this commander you'll want to swap out Starstorm, Telling Time, Guttersnipe and Jori En, Ruin Diver for Quasiduplicate, Saheeli, Sublime Artificer, Flameshadow Conjuring, and/or Cackling Counterpart. These all give you more tokens that are copies of something that can blow up your opponents. Another good addition is Darksteel Juggernaut for Niv-Mizzet, Parun, since it's indestructible and as strong as it is wide. This is probably the weakest option but one of the most entertaining to play.

Replacements

I try not to blow money of MTG but it is fun. If you got the cards and money I have some upgrades, and if you don't, I got some downgrades.
