This is my first deck, made from a heavily modified Mizzix precon. It focuses on on cast triggers, card draw, and copying things, plus it has a couple of infinite mana combos. It's purposefully under-optimized in a lot of ways, which I may change later, but right now it's really meant to pull funny shenanigans and sometimes win the game. More often than it has a right to, anyways.

If I wanted to optimize this: Try to remove several creatures, but definitely keep Chasm Skulker, Psychosis Crawler, Docent of Perfection, Gutter Snipe, Mizzix, Archaeomancer, Consecrated Sphinx, Great Whale, and maybe Goblin Electromancer. Insert a Paradox Engine and pull several basic lands for more mana rocks, especially the broken ones. Put more cantrips and cheap draw spells for early game card advantage. Deadeye Navigator might get put in. Add Fabricate and Mystical Tutor , and maybe some other form of tutor. Put in Leyline of Anticipation and maybe Vedalken Orrery . Basically, just cast all the spells, keep untapping things constantly, try to get infinite mana as often as possible, and counter everything your opponents do.
