Niv-Mizzet, Parun wants us to draw cards.
Riverwise Augur
6 draws every time we cast it. Yes, we re cast him with Siren's Ruse, Release to the Wind, or Rescue for sustained draw to trigger the 1 damage with Niv-Mizzet (or draw into him early on).
We can draw a lot of cards with Naban, Dean of Iteration + Riverwise Augur
.
You draw three cards and deal them 3 damage now put back any 2 cards from your hand, keeping any of the three you drew if those spells are better in your hand than in your deck. Then draw three cards again and deal another 3 damage to them. Then bounce or flicker it to hand and cast it again, it enters the battlefield and triggers another time.
A Wizard, entering the field is causing an ability to trigger - its own so you double it.
You draw 3, then put two back. Then draw three again, and put two back again. In the end you get to see 4 cards off the top of your deck and you get to keep up to all 4 of them so long as you have 2 cards in your hand. You can put back any two from your hand it doesn't have to be from the 3 your just drew, letting you sift through and intermingling your hand with the top of your library choosing what you want to keep and knowing exactly what you're going to draw the next couple of turns.
Your goal is to find your WinCon as fast as possible.
Also Riverwise works great with return to hand or flicker spells. You're getting multi-usage out of it's ETB effect throughout a match as your main source to draw card advantage.
And it's important to remember you can keep all 3 (or 4) cards and put two others from your hand back instead! Replacing your hand with new cards you intend to use potentially.
Omnispell Adept casts draw 7 spell for . She does some other sick stuff too like search for Niv-Mizzet but that's besides the point.
The Flame of Keld lets you draw 2 on your next turn. Then whenever a red source deals damage on your next turn it deals that damage +2. All those 1 life pings now become Lightning Strikes on the third turn this was cast. On that turn Niv-Mizzet, Parun can do some real damage if you draw a bunch. Perfect time to Omnicast your draw 7 spell. Drawing 8 cards, because Niv-Mizzet draws 1 for casting a Instant/Sorcery, then you deal 1+2, 1+2, 1+2, 8 times. I'll let you do the math. 8x3 = GAME OVER.
The Mirari Conjecture most importantly brings back spells already cast. Bring your draw spells or burn or flicker/bounce spells back to hand to be recast and then it even copies said casts if you time it correctly.
Way late game you can have a bunch of cards in hand and cast Induced Amnesia to draw a lot of cards. Only do this if your combo pieces are already on the board ready to go off for the win. Or you could do it early game to reset your hand basically if you got no other play.

Imagine the scenario where you've managed to set up Omnispell Adept and Niv-Mizzet, Parun say by T6 or T7.
You've got a hand full of cards.
You've got at least 6 mana in play (Although maybe you got Niv-Mizzet in play somehow else so you might have just 5 mana in play.) Now you can do some insane shit.
You can Omnicast for a Apex of Power casting it 'from hand' and adding 10x to your pool. You can cast anything you nab out of the 7 cards but you're looking for things that will draw you more cards.
Now if you had a sole Riverwise Augur in play or got one of them with the 7 cards you Apex'd you could cast it and draw cards then flicker it to re-cast it and draw even more cards.
By now you've drawn a lot of cards and Niv-Mizzet has even triggered a couple times to draw some cards itself so you ping them for say 8+ damage by Niv-Mizzet.
The next turn Omnicast a Overflowing Insight and draw 7 cards.
Or hopefully you found Induced Amnesia by now.
With a handful of cards, and already have them at like near half life, you cast that to finish them off for a draw 12+ depending how many cards you managed to amass in your hand -- which of course is pinging them each time with Niv-Mizzet.
Definitely doesn't happen every time like that but it's fun when it does!

Exclusion Mage takes full advantage of it's ETB ability alongside Naban.
A Wizard, entering the field is causing an ability to trigger - its own so you double it. Returning not one, but two, of their creatures to hand.
The key here is you can flicker/return to hand this creature and do it again and again. Keeping their creatures off the battlefield and slowing them down (unless they have haste) so you can survive long enough until you find your wincon.
