This is a control build that centers around Ral, Storm conduit and Expansion//Explosion.

In Short if you have a Ral, Storm conduit in play and two Expansion//Explosion in hand and four open blue or red mana you are good to go-off. Now all that's needed is a spell to copy, and hey it doesn't even have to be your own.

Once there is a spell (Instant or sorcery), any spell (Instant or sorcery) on the stack target that spell with an expansion, then target your expansion with another expansion, then make sure to keep targeting the original (1st) expansion you cast with all the subsequent copies of expansion, thus for each cast and copy thereafter Ral, Storm conduit does 1 damage to target player.
