Izzet deck with a subtheme of chaos

This deck has the ability to win out of no where my favourite win con is using mizzix mastery overloaded to get a huge storm count and if Aria of the flame is in play things just get silly then cast a Mind's Desire and preferably into a Ignite Memories

Win cons are Enter the Infinite + Laboratory Maniac , taking all of your opponents creatures with Insurrection and swinging or burning them directly if Eye of the Storm is in play then I can get infinite turns by casting Time Stretch and another spell
