Basically this is an Izzet deck that fares pretty well against the current meta. I side Electrickery for MOW and Red Deck Wins. Dissolve (maybe gainsay) for control. Phoenix does well against counter and target removal, he's also been a huge constant source of damage. Chimera is a huge threat that they pretty much have to do something about, also responds well to mill even though that's not huge right now. Pyromancer makes chumps for Red Deck Wins and big threats. Act of Treason is for huge Green threats that look fun to use.This Jace is more draw power than my deck already has and can mill to steroid Chimera. I don't really use him for the ult.The rest is pretty self explanatory.

TNM tourney 3-1 Beat a Dimir deck easily 2-0 Just got a chimera out and swang for game. Beat a mono blue deck but it was close. The Thrassa was more of the issue tan mow. He won the first but then I sided electrickery and it was over. Beat a Boros, but it was a bad deck. Lost to green black target removal. 1-2
