Just putting this out there: this is a crazy deck.

It seems like you're not doing much the whole game, or perhaps that you're going to mill yourself out in a couple turns, but that's the exact opposite of what will happen. Instead, you'll probably win out of the blue in a single turn.

Psychosis Crawler and Laboratory Maniac are the primary win cons in the deck, with Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind and Chasm Skulker as a close second.

-With Psychosis Crawler, you just need to cast a few spells with Arjun out and kill everybody at once. Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind has a similar strategy but is a bit slower.
-Laboratory Maniac requires lots of draw power, such as Alhammarret's Archive, Thought Reflection, Rhystic Study, or Consecrated Sphinx. You just need to mill yourself a lot and have the Maniac out, preferably at the last possible time to keep him alive.
-Chasm Skulker simply becomes a big beater that drops lots of tokens if it's killed.
-Diviner's Wand turns any creature into a massive threat just like Chasm Skulker.
-Another way to win is milling out your opponents. Sphinx's Tutelage and Jace's Erasure trigger who-knows-how-many-times each turn, making opponents lose a ton of their library.

To protect yourself through all of this, we have Crawlspace, Dissipation Field, and Propaganda There are also 21 (yes, a third of all spells in the deck) counterspells to protect your permanents and prevent the board state from getting out of hand. In addition, you have four board wipes of some sort at your disposal.
Talrand, Sky Summoner and Venser's Journal are additional cushions for you.

Archmage Ascension is an amazing tutor for whenever you draw a card.

Finally, there are a few more hand-cycling effects (like Arjun) on a few more cards just to help your win cons.

Keep in mind that this deck could definitely be upgraded. I built it on a budget, and there are better counterspells, creatures, etc. I'll update this list as I upgrade it.

P.S. Omniscience is absolutely AMAZING.
