Cheap spell slinging deck centered around Niv-Mizzet, Parun as the commander.

Sling spells and use some creatures who a abuse it. I prefer jank mechanics over straight burn (ex Quasiduplicate plus spell copy on things like Murmuring Mystic to create a ton of mystics and even more bird tokens).
