Going for an Izzet Burn-Control hybrid that can go into the later turns comfortably with Niv-Mizzet, Parun and burn spells to finish the job.

My plan is to control the board with spells (but open to the possibility of something like an Electrostatic Field, although I doubt it's effectiveness), keeping card advantage with draw spells and Sarkhan, Fireblood that also helps towards the huge cost of Niv.
