A revival of an old deck I used to run during RTR block. Similar to my Modern incarnation of this deck, but i vastly prefer this in standard as it's cheaper and not as vastly outclassed.

The old deck was driven mainly by Goblin Electromancer allowing me to fire off a lot of spells for Guttersnipe triggers.

However this time they have some new toys:

Electrostatic Field pulling double duty as a minor source of trigger damage as well as a way of keeping the little things off me so I don't have to waste burn spells on them.

A variety of other cares-about-instant-and-sorcery-cast triggers in Wee Dragonauts, Electrostatic Field, and Niv-Mizzet, Parun as a game ender.

A LOT more draw power from Radical Idea and Risk Factor as the old deck had an issue of petering out.
