So I'm an Izzet player and am instantly enthralled by crazy cards like Epic Experiment, Melek, Izzet Paragon, and Mindswipe. I think to myself, wouldn't it be fun to build a budget-ish deck with a whole bunch of instants in order to trigger things like Young Pyromancer and pump up Spellheart Chimera or beef up my Blistercoil wierd? That's what this is, its a rough build and I am very open to suggestions. Thank you for viewing!
