Trying to make a fun Izzet commander deck behind crazy cards like Epic Experiment and Planeswalkers. Want it to be fun and able to win through control and copying spells. Budget is $300 but I want to stick to the sort of janky theme I currently have. I'm open to the idea of changing to another U/R commander, such as the other Niv-Mizzet or Melek, to create a deck that fulfills this concept better. Thanks for the tips!
