New version of Izzet Drakes, taking profit of the 24 instant and sorceries.

The connection between Niv Mizzet Parun and Chandra's Spitfire is terrific. Basically you are buffing Chandra's Spitfire with every draw.

Beacon bolt is wonderful against the biggest creatures of your opponent.

Sideboard should host something against Planeswalkers and some extra counterspells but I need time to test it.
