Trying to figure out how to improve on this deck in standard. The main problem it has is that there's no win condition and it's a bit disorganized.
My budget isn't very huge, so I can't really get a hold of snapcasters or Jace/Tamiyos/Shocklands (unless I pull them, which would be sweet). The maybeboard in this deck is cards I own right now that I think would work.
Also as a side note, I'd really like to have Niv-Mizzet into this deck, he's pretty badass.

Delver of Secrets Flip /card:Runechanter's Pike would be great here. Drop the dragons and maybe the chemister(yes, great card advantage, I know) because you should be using those turns to drop the goblins that reduce mana costs by one(the name escapes me at the moment)
