That's the deck I'm using right now with some modifications that I didn't have chance to test. It uses a lot of burn, control and spells with "when you cast a instant or sorcery" such as Guttersnipe and Talrand, Sky Summoner. Thus, I do damage to opponent player while I control his actions with control and burn cards (some of this can be used against opponent player).
Clone
 is nice to copy a good creature from opponent or to clone a guttersnipe... And, if I want to change my target I can unsummon it and cast it again (I won a game doing that!).

Predicted modifications with cards that I bought on ebay and have not been shipped:

Delver of secrets fever made me buy 4 delvers, but I'll change them for 4 Vexing Devil. That is just the first change to trasform this deck in a "Cruel Burn".
Curse of Bloodletting
 seem to be a beautiful choice to burn everything! Maybe in less than 10 turns.'''An important question''': When I copy a spell it counts like a new cast? See Chandra, the Firebrand's ability. If I use it I'd triger "when you cast a instant or sorcery" abbilities? If the answer is yes, I could use 
Reverberate
 and 
Curse of Echoes
 to make more multiply effects!Temporal Mastery also multiply the number of times I cast spells and if miracle fails I could fling it against opponent player with Mercurial Chemister.If I would add a third color, it would be black just to add Blood Artist and burn oponent player while I burn his/her creatures. (Mizzium Mortars overloaded + Guttersnipe +Blood Artist is a cool combo, isn't it)
