Just my attempt at making a R/U Blitz with some Tempo elements in it.

The Ultimate game:

Turn 1: Land and then Faithless Looting if needed or Delver of Secrets

Turn 2: land, hope for Delver to flip and then save Mana for Syncopate.

Turn 3: land and then Nivix Cyclops

Turn 4: Here is when the fun starts. Start with a Artful Dodge on the Nivix, then Mizzium Skin on Nivix and finally Armed / Dangerous on the Nivix.

What we get is a Unblockable, Hexproofed, Double Strike, 11/4 Nivix Cyclops.

Then we win. And make the opponent sad. Also I forgot to count in the Delver.

Right now I'm not totally sure about the manabase, or rather the distribution between colours although I have found that the mana count of 20 is pretty good. The sideboard needs serious work though, I'm not really sure of what to have in it, but what I have done so far is to include Electrickery vs decks that rely on Tokens, Tormod's Crypt for reanimators and the like and then Skullcrack vs any lifegain decks and/or fogs.
