After my current Standard deck, Izzet Blitz, took 2nd place in a Modern event at my LGS, the thought occurred that perhaps my li'l homebrew has some serious potential. I've been doing a bit of searching, but find that I don't know nearly enough about Modern to be much good at deck tuning. All I've done to differentiate my list from its Modern event form is upgrade Disperse to Into the Roil, because strictly better is strictly better. So, I turn to you, tappedout community, to provide insight and guidance to my quest of building an aggressive deck with the primary win-con of shenanigans, with a backup plan of tomfoolery. To see just how the deck is supposed to tick, there's a full description in the standard version's description. So, community members, how do I make this build smash harder, and how should my sideboard be set up?

(As a budget player, I must stress that my land-base is a bit of an afterthought. I don't plan on any Scalding Tarns, because that easily outprices the rest of the deck. Aside from non-utility lands, I'm open to any sort of thought.)
