Biggest thing I can suggest is cut it down. You are running to many different creatures and as such it will be very inconsistent. Most decks don't run more than 12 different creatures (most sit at 8ish and yours runs 17. Go for more playsets and only a few one or two ofs.
Molten nursery needs to be cut as it wastes your 3 drop play and does negligible damage over the course of the game.
With how your deck is running I would cut out the green entirely and just go U/R and focus more on consistency in your turns over having tons of things that could happen.
The temur deck I run can consistently turn 4 a crumble to dust, followed by a turn 5 Oblivion sower to get anywhere from 3-7 lands which leads to an Ulamog turn 6. You want decks that have that kind of a power curve.

Thanks for the advice! Bring primarily a Commander player, it's pretty easy to see that mentality sneaking through here when it comes to my deck building. I'm gonna revise it soon down to U/R as suggested and go from there.
