Izzet a dragon or a drake? (Standard MTG Deck)

If you can't guess what this deck is from the name, I'm not sure I can explain it better down here.
This is yet another attempt of mine to bring budget to standard. Izzet cycling has some promise, though I'm thinking of going grixis for Shadow of the Grave which would increase cost, but with that and Vizier of Tumbling Sands and New Perspectives it's a very large flier army.
