This deck relies on counters counters counters! Summoning unblockables such as Mist-Cloaked Herald and Storm Sculptor, plus the hex-proof Merfolk counter you can sommon with Jungleborn Pioneer, as well as ways to put counters on them like River Hearald's Boon and Jade Bearer, it's about starting small and building a tidal wave of 'ow' to pick away at the opponent's points.

This is built solely upon cards of Ixalan + Rivals, so I don't really have the magic background to amplify this further. If you know any cards that could be of some assistance, let me know!
