Pauper EDH Storm? Pauper EDH Storm! I'm also excited to be building a Pauper EDH deck with the new uncommon Partner Commanders!

The concept behind this deck is pretty simple, but actually playing the deck is incredibly complex... I would assume although I haven't actually had an opportunity to play it yet.

Our goal is to play a couple of tims, play our favorite Water Doggo, the storm off next turn, dealing huge amounts of damage with Tim! There are several ramp spells that give us temporary access to large amounts of red mana to help us cast Doggo early and often, and also to help us storm off later.

One of the primary issues with the deck is that, well, Tim only does 1 damage. It would require you to play over half your deck to kill just 1 player. Granted a couple of Tims all out at once can take a chunk of health each turn, but the deck itself is pretty slow considering it is a Storm deck.

To alleviate that I have added an alternate win condition, one that I will lovingly refer to as Tim-fect! The strategy is simple. Play an infect creature, turn it into a Tim, cast 9 cards. This also gives us the advantage of being able to turn all our little regular Tims into board control monsters. 4 Tims can kill either 4 x/1 creatures, 1 x/4 creature, or anywhere in between!

I've left out some of the cards I would prefer to include due to price, such as Ponder, but all suggestions are welcome!

My biggest concern right now is mana base. I added a whole list of cycle lands to get unwanted lands out of my hand, and doubled down on lands that generate UR since mana fixing is so important for Cantrips, but it also slows down the deck considerably.
