More of a fun multiplayer brew than anything, the theme of the deck is to target an opponent randomly a la Vial Smasher the Fierce and go after them the rest of the turn with a bunch of Mardu-value creatures like Zurgo Helmsmasher, Inferno Titan, Archangel Avacyn  , Mogis, God of Slaughter, etc. This is all backed up by the other commander, Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder. There is also a fair number of just fun cards like Avatar of Slaughter and Mass Hysteria, along with some surprise win cards like Whip of Erebos + Sanguine Bond + lots of damage. Of course, rattlesnakes in Dread and Ghostly Prison. One Monarch card (Custodi Lich) for giggles. This may not win too many games but should make them at least more interesting.
