This EDH deck is all about ramping into large spells that steal cards from the opponent’s battlefield, graveyard, and even deck! The main payoff is casting a large Villainous Wealth and half of an opponent’s deck! To get the cards that you need, there’s also a lot of mill cards and large recursion spells, such as Praetor's Council. Since this is one of my first real attempts at creating an EDH deck, suggestion would be greatly appreciated, but please keep the suggestions in a budget of each card<$5
