Prototype for Saheeli Rai + Felidar Guardian combo. Play Saheeli, +1 to scry and ping, drop Felidar Guardian, flicker Saheeli. -2 Saheeli on Guardian, flicker Saheeli, repeat Ad Nauseam until you have an infinitely large number of 1/4 hasty Guardians.

Since the combo is really easy to interact with--sadly the Guardian can be removed in response to the trigger--I built the deck to go fast while holding protection. It has some bonus goodstuff flicker targets in case you can't find the combo quickly. Nahiri, the Harbinger brings card selection, removal, and tutor.

Baral, Chief of Compliance runs double-duty; he can bait out a removal spell, but also allows you to hold up Negate a turn earlier and start churning out Anticipate to dig. His card selection is just gravy, but honestly if you get to counter a spell it's probably too late for your opponent anyway...

With Reflector Mage banned, this list needs to tilt entirely to control + combo backup because the delay elements are largely gone.

Emrakul, the Promised End banned means transformational Nahiri tech is out of the question.

I don't think I'll look to seriously build this deck anymore; I have no doubts that, if it is at all competitive at the Pro Tour, it will be banned out. Does not seem worth the investment.
